Matching Enterprise Platinum to National Executive Elite
First, make sure you’ve joined National Emerald Club if you haven’t already. You’ll need your driver’s license handy and a method of payment to register. National Emerald Club is free but many Car Rental companies require that you add a payment method when you sign up.
You’ll also be asked to choose a Rewards Preference (eg. Rental Credits, Hilton Honors points etc.). Rental Credits can be useful when you’ve got top tier status (see benefits below) so bear that in mind before you make your selection. Other partners include American Airlines, Delta and Best Western.
Once you’ve got a login, take note of your National Emerald Club number. You’ll need that when you complete the match.
Now, go to your Enterprise Plus account and screenshot your Enterprise Plus Platinum status. You’ll need to use this screenshot as proof to complete the match. Your name and Platinum status should both be visible in the screenshot.
Before you match, bear in mind that you can only match once. You’ll be given Emerald Club Executive Elite status until February 28th of the second year after the match. After that date, you can’t match again. You’ll have to meet National’s standard criteria.
If you want to continue with the match, you can now head to National’s status match page. Enter your Name and Emerald Club Number, along with the email you use to login to your National account. Then, upload the screenshot of your Enterprise Platinum status.
How long will it take to hear back from National? Most report that you’ll hear back within a day or two. But others experienced a longer wait time.
If you haven’t matched in a few days or you need the match to go through quickly as you’re wanting to make a booking, I’d recommend contacting them and asking if they’ll kindle expedite the process.
